WOVEN TAPE ECO

The belt meshes are characterized by precise, maintenance-free belt travel and a small deflection radius. This means that even small products can be transported safely and easily transferred to downstream systems. The open structure of the braid allows free and hygienic passage of fluids, heat, cold or air.

DESCRIPTION

Spring steel wire 1.1211, type DH (AISI 1060):
Use where no demands are placed on corrosion resistance, e.g. B. in the chocolate coating machine. Operating temperature from -10 ° C to + 70 ° C. Available wire diameters: 0.90 / 1.00 / 1.25 / 1.40 / 1.60 / 1.80 mm

Stainless steel wire 1.4310 (AISI 302):
Use where corrosion is undesirable under normal conditions, e.g. B. in the fish and meat industry. Operating temperature from -50 ° C to + 250 ° C. Available wire diameters: 1.00 / 1.25 / 1.40 / 1.60 / 1.80 / 2.00 / 2.35 / 2.80 mm. Food approved according to VO EG 1935/2004

Stainless steel wire K2390:
Use where high demands are placed on corrosion resistance, e.g. B. when using fruit acids. Operating temperature from -80 ° C to + 280 ° C. Available wire diameters: 1.00 / 1.25 / 1.40 / 1.60 / 1.80 / 2.35 / 2.80 mm. Food approved according to VO EG 1935/2004.

All wires are highly polished: reduction of product build-up due to undamaged surface through gentle straightening process.
